Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays, any order received after 3pm, will start the process the following day. Processing time is 3-5 business days. During sales/ promotions, processing times may take up to 7 business days for orders to process. Processing times for wigs can take up to 20 business days.
1) You pay for your order.
2) You will receive an order Confirmation Email.
3) Processing time is 5-10 for hair extensions and 20-25 days for wigs business days exclude weekend and holidays.
4)After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created
5)You will receive an order Fulfillment Email. Your Tracking number will be inside this email
6) Your package is shipped off via USPS priority mail ( 2-3 business days US) ( 6-10 business days international)
PROCESSING TIME ( FOR VIRGIN HAIR)
This is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted vendors and enough time for QUALITY CONTROL. It allows us to test out all bundles to make sure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be fixed by contacting our vendor and having them send out new bundles if necessary to ensure that you receive the BEST PRODUCT.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check your spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us.
Any changes to orders after it is placed will incur an additional administration fee of $10 on bundles, $15 on closures and frontals, $25 on wigs! hair extensions
Terms of payment of any of our beauty products are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law
All orders within the US are shipped via USPS with confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered, no P.O.BOX. Orders start processing once payment is confirmed and cleared AND WE CAREFULLY PROCESSED ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS BEFORE SHIPPING. International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via FEDEX. GOLDEN JOY COLLECTION reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.
LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES
* We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/ stolen packages.Your order will not be replaced.
* All packages comes with a TRACKING NUMBER. USPS updates their system every time they put their hands on your package.
*IF YOU WILL NOT BE HOME on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
* (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail!
Wigs, closures and frontals are FINAL SALE. May not be returned or exchanged.
*If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a 10% fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.
* Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
All sales are Final and there are no refunds allowed due to the exclusive nature and high appeal of our products. Customers are advised to complete exchange requests within 48 HOURS of receipt in order to qualify for an exchange. Any exchange request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. The product must be sent back in the original condition(RESELL-ABLE CONDITION) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, wash, brush, cut, worn, colored, altered in any way.(ORIGINAL TIES MUST REMAIN INTACT AS IT WAS RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER). For your protection, we suggest that all exchanges be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit.All sales are final on clearance and sale items. No exchange or returns will be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product exchange transactions. Once received and determined to be in resealable form, a store credit would be issued. if the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, the exchange/store credit item would not qualify for the promotion in question.
